Christopher A. Ballard is a Clinical Polygraph Examiner and owner of Ballard & Associates Polygraph.  Mr. Ballard graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and from the Zonn Institute of Polygraph, Inc.  He is a member of the American Polygraph Association, the Florida Polygraph Association, and the American Association of Police Polygraphists.  Since 1983, he has provided criminal polygraph testing to Law Enforcement Agencies, private attorneys, the Office of the State Attorney, the Office of the Public Defender, the Department of Children & Families and the Military.  Mr. Ballard was the first polygraph examiner in Florida to specialize in Sex Offender testing and is one of the three Co-Founders of the National Association of Polygraph Specialists in Sex Offender Testing/Monitoring.  He educates/provides information to therapists and a variety of sex offender treatment programs including state and federal probation/parole agencies regarding examination procedures and testing standards.
